After Installing and Activating Easy Contact plugin, it is now ready to be displayed in WordPress Blog or Page.
Adding Easy Contact to a WordPress page.
In the left hand side menu, locate Pages. Click on Pages as shown in Diagram 1,

From the drop down menu that appears click on Add New as shown in Diagram 2.

Enter the Page Title.
Enter the [easy-contact] short code in the page content section as shown in Diagram 3.
Click on Publish as shown in Diagram 3.

The message Page published is displayed as shown in Diagram 4.

In the frontend of website, click on the menu item Contact Us as shown in Diagram 5.

The Contact Us form is displayed as shown in Diagram 6.
