Auto redirect after few seconds..

Hello !

After the user submit the form information i want to display a 'Successful Registration' Page.

my question is : from this 'Successful Registration' Page the user should be automatically
redirected to the Login page within a seconds.

So can you please tell me the PHP Command that can hold the page for about a seconds until the next page is displayed.
