How can we make the PR value to go up quickly?

Any idea..

My two cents, is that there is no way to may you PR value go up quickly.

Getting a good PR value is a definitely a slow, plod.

Do remember if you suddenly attempt to get a high PR value in search engines by using link farms or any other such techniques, Google is going to move the web page down in its SERPs.

Which is simply not good.
