Anchoring from one page to word on other page

I am currently on page home.html on my site and I want to set a link on page home.html to take me to page disclaimer.html to the word "Container"
I not only want to go to the top of page disclaimer.html but to the word "Container" that is near the bottom of the page disclaimer.html.
Can anyone known how to do it. thank you
