Is there any extension that tracks users request

Hi,

I have create a website which is in Joomla 1.6. I search on the Joomla Extension but unable to find the type of extension suitable for me.

Can anyone help me?

I am looking for an extension that tracks / manages the users request.

The requirements for the plugin are as follows:

- I want user who are logged in can fill in the request form and submit to website admin.
- Admin receive a bunch of user request form.
- Admin can check the message status according to pending / in process / completed
- User who have submitted the form can view only their respected request only.

I am looking for a free extensions.
