If you want print and email icons visible at the top of specific articles then go to each of those articles explicitly in the Admin backend and set these options on.
Eg:
If you want print and email icons visible on the Australian Parks article then you have to set the Print and Email icons to visible explicitly for that page.
In the Administration backend, locate the Menu in the top menu and click it as shown in diagram 1. On click of Menu drop down list appears select Australian Park as shown in diagram 1.

On click of Australian Park, apage will be displayed in your Browser as shown in diagram 2.
Click on Parks Home as shown in diagram 2.
