Praise a well written comment. Tweet it, Like it, whatever. Share some of the love given to you by the commenter with others. There are amazing reactions when that happens.

Controversial Blog posts are great for getting comments. Its controversial Blog posts that can trigger strong emotions in readers. When strong emotions are stirred, readers feel compelled to post a comment. Great for getting a ton of comments, but do stay away from this type of Blog post content if you cannot handle controversies. It’s great to have strong opinions but stay away from controversy if you cannot handle it.

Please respond sensibly to controversies. Quickly and firmly distance yourself from the nasty ones.
